Mitchell’s Fish Market has a Gluten free menu! It’s such a wonderful restaurant at East Wood Town Center (Lansing); they have the best fish I’ve ever had! http://www.mitchellsfishmarket.com/Menus.cfm
Guido’s in Okemos/Haslett can make almost anything on their menu GFCF! They are the only certified GF Pizzeria in Michigan! They have much more than pizza on their menu such as a variety of warm subs. They carry a CF cheese that is specially shipped in from Wisconsin and most of their deli meat is GF as well. Their “cheese” melts like normal cheese and is the best GFCF cheese I’ve tried yet! It isn’t a cheap place to eat, but the food is of high quality. I spoke with the owner, and he said that they are planning on opening up a GF deli next door to the pizzeria in the near future

PF Chang’s has a gluten free menu that you can request! I’m sure that there are Casein free items on the menu, but I haven’t asked yet. http://www.pfchangs.com/menu.shtml
