I am in my early 20′s and work as an Elementary Teacher. This blog was established for people who are on a GFCF (Gluten-free Casein-free) diet, where we can come together and share our favorite stores, brands, restaurants, and other GFCF information. I know how hard it is to start this diet without good resources, so hopefully this blog will act as a strong resource for those that are new to this diet as well.
